Andre Fenelon has been a member of the Youth Centre
for only a short time and was born in Grand Turk. He is at the centremost days and loves chatting with the girls and just hanging out.
He'd really like to teach hip/hop dance and enjoys entertaining his 3 younger sisters by acting funny.
